As part of putting myself “out there” and allowing my potential brides to get to know me, I have a FAQ section as part of my wedding website. Most of the time people see my name in Google, someone recommends me or they jut happen to pass by my site, and after seeing a couple of pictures and listening to some Jack Johnson, they decide to contact me. Not this bride. Not Katy. She read my FAQ (probably the only one) and based on what she read, she contacted me! I swear this NEVER happens

From the time I received the first email from her I instantly liked her. This is part of the email she wrote, “I think I have all the qualities you look for in a bride! I’m very low maintenance and down to earth. I want beautiful pictures and I love to give back…I’m very practical, not the type to splurge, so I don’t want to put my mom in the “poor house” over my wedding. I’m looking for a simple, elegant, and fun wedding day for not only myself and Ryan (my fiance) but for all of my guests. ”

I have to say she was everything she said and more. Not only is she down to earth and practical, but she was FUN! You might think bride equates fun, but let me tell you that’s not always the case. So many details, so much to remember, so much of everything and more. Well, I have to say, Katy kept her poise and made everybody feel at ease, welcomed and appreciated.
